Their methods of operation are two ways, they will collect deposits from you without shipping or they will ship the bad products for you that will lead to great loss for you. 
I had a contract for 2 containers of red pomfret with them, it took them 3 months after receiving deposit with much pressure before they could do the shipment . When I finally received the containers, it was not what we agreed. We had agreement for 90% net weight of 800gr up , what they shipped to me was 300-500gr and 500-800gr with 50/60% net weight filled with glaze, It was 50% glaze (ice) , you will have to remove the glaze with hammer before you can access the fish.
